B. Job Profile / Duties and Responsibilities:

KPI’s

• Business Process Review and Mapping
• Configure the business processess & maintain settings for PP&PP PI&QM
• Write functional specifications, coordinate with ABAP teams for any reporting requirements.

Other Responsibilities

• Act as a business analyst focused on process improvement, business requirements analyses.
• Communicate and document business processes with PP  operations & QM process.

C. Person Profile:

Required qualification

Diploma/Graduate/Post Graduate

Length of overall experience

6 - 8 years (4 – 6 years as functional experience in SAP PP-QM and 2 years of experience in manufacturing industry as domain)

D. Competencies:

Functional / Technical Skills

Must to have Skills

• Design and implementation experience with SAP PP module functionalities in the areas of material master, Produciton Planning, Bill of Materials, resource, master recipe,process order creation,Order Confirmations and product cost.
• Experience in integrating PP with, MM, SD and FI
• Experience in implementing batch management functionality with specific expertise in integration with PP
• Should have implemented SAP PP-QM modules in manufacturing & processing industries
• Should have experience in the processes of MTO and MTS
• should have knowledge in Quality inspection life cycle, quality plan and inspection points.

Good to have Skills

• Expertise in end to end processes in relation to PP-QM with specific expertise in all areas.

• Ability to facilitate group discussions related to business process blueprinting
• A team player with good communication skill
