Job Description:
We are seeking fresh graduates with strong fundamentals in Finance and Accounting and a keen interest in SAP to join our SAP FICO team. As a fresher FICO consultant, you will work under the guidance of experienced professionals to support Financial Accounting (FI) and Controlling (CO) processes, assist in configuration, testing, documentation, and end-user support for SAP S/4HANA or ECC environments.
Learning & Configuration
SAP FICO basic configuration of FI submodules (GL, AP, AR, AA, Bank Accounting) and CO submodules (Cost Center Accounting, cost element accounting, Internal Orders, Profit Center Accounting).
Support master data setup (Chart of Accounts, Cost Centers, Vendor/Customer master, Asset classes, Tax codes).
Key Responsibilities:
SAP FICO module configuration (Financial Accounting and Controlling).
Support end-users in resolving SAP-related queries.
Participate in testing activities (unit testing, integration testing).
Document processes, configurations, and user manuals.
Learn and apply business processes related to finance and controlling
Collaborate with cross-functional teams FI/CO, MM, SD, PP, PM, HR, ABAP and Basis teams for cross-functional issues.
Required Skills & Qualifications:
Educational Background: B Com, MBA (Finance), Mcom, CA (Inter) / CMA (Inter)
Accounting Knowledge: Journal entries, trial balance, balance sheet, P&L, cash flow, depreciation, accruals, reconciliation.
Basic understanding of Accounting principles and financial processes.
Knowledge of SAP ERP concepts (FICO module preferred) ECC 6.0 and S/4 HANA
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
Good communication and interpersonal skills.
Willingness to learn and adapt to new technologies.
Preferred Skills :
SAP training or certification in FICO from a reputed Training institute.
Familiarity with MS Excel, MS word, MS Power point.
