Purpose of the job

Responsible for the completion of all Maintenance activities as assigned.

 

  • Planning & Execution of Instruments Preventive maintenance and Calibration activities.
  • Trouble shooting, Planning and Implementing activity to avoid unusual repetitive maintenance.
  • Knowledge of the operation and uses of testing equipment’s.
  • Knowledge in Flue gas & Wet Analyzers.
  • Maintaining the Instrumentation work shop.

 

Duties & Responsibilities (Description of the tasks)
  • Servicing, Maintenance & Calibrations of Various field Instruments like Transmitters, Pressure & Temperature Gauges, Control & On/Off Valves I to P Converters, Position transmitters, and Motorized valves.
  • Knowledge in Maintenance & Calibrations of weigh feeders, Belt weighers &Weigh bridges.
  • Knowledge in P&ID, Instrument specifications.
  • Knowledge in   Programmable Logic Controllers distributed control systems.
  • Good communication skills.

 

Job requirements (Educational qualification, work experience, required technical &functional skills)
  • Diploma in Electronics & Communication Engineering
  • Diploma in Applied Electronics and Instrumentation Engineering
  • Three to Five Years of Industrial Experience
  • Maintenance & Calibration of Various field instruments.
