Purpose of the job

The Major objective of the position is to fulfill the requirements of Shift Electrical Operations& Maintenance and other General maintenance works.
The fundamental reason is to refill the vacant position

Duties & Responsibilities (Description of the tasks)

To Take the Field rounds for accessing the healthiness of all Electrical equipment & Logging the operational parameters.
To Implement the LOTO procedures.
To attend all the Electrical problems for trouble shooting, that arises during plant operations including break downs and carry out the necessary rectifications as required.
To Maintain close co-ordination with Process team for effective plant operations & Process requirements.
To work under the supervision/control of Electrical Shift In charge.
To be willing to work with own hands as required.
To attend preventive maintenance of Electrical equipment.
To take part in the critical maintenance activities of Electrical equipment with good co-ordination among other staff, as required.
To report the irregularities /deficiencies of Electrical systems that he may come across, to the shift in charge and the next management level.
To involve in the Plant shutdown maintenance works.
He shall be disciplined in Industry with strict adherence to Industrial safety and communication with team in this regard.

Job requirements (Educational qualification, work experience, required technical &functional skills)

DEEE with min 3-4 years Industrial Experience/ B Tech (EEE) with min 2-3 years Industrial Experience on Operation/Maintenance of Electrical installations of a process plant. His academic qualification percentage shall be min 60%.

Technical & Functional skills.

He shall have hands on Experience in Operation, Maintenance and Troubleshooting in any of

Following.

All kinds of LT& HT Motor Starter feeders, LT & HT Breakers.
LT& HT- MCC and PCC.
AC & DC Variable Speed Drives.
Power Distribution & Lighting systems.
11 KV Plinth mounted substations.
LT, HT, AC & DC motors.
UPS & Battery banks.
Diesel Generator system.
Earth pits & Earth Grid.
