Purpose of the job

  • To maintain stores activities.

 

Duties & Responsibilities (Description of the tasks)
  • Proficiency in SAP MM module. (Receipts, Issues, Reports and Material master creation)
  • Knowledge on ISO Systems. (9K, 14K, 45K)
  • Preservation of materials.
  • Perpetual inventory.
  • Maintenance of stocks with proper identification and bin cards.
  • Reconciling the stocks on issue of materials.
  • Inspected materials stacking as per SAP location.
  • Replenishment of minimum stocks.
  • Monitoring shelf life items.
  • Review / Replenishment of minimum stocks.
  • Scrap items handling.
  • Gatepass handling.

 

 

Job requirements (Educational qualification, work experience, required technical &functional skills)
  • Education :: B.A/B.COM/B.SC
  • Experience :: 4-5  Years in Stores
