Purpose of the job

  • To supervise the outsourced security personnel in shift

 

Duties & Responsibilities (Description of the tasks)
  • Responsible for Roll call before deploying the guards in each shift and ensures that they are in proper turnout and also brief them about their duties. 
  • In case of any emergency he takes action immediately and also informs

Head - Security without any delay.

  • He ensures to maintain/ implement of security procedures at all the

gates and godowns.

  • He continuously monitors the movements of dumpers shifting cargo from one location to another location for cargo security.
  • Shift wise reconciliation of trips to be done.
  • On dispatch of rakes, he keeps close supervision on loaded wagons till it leaves Visakhapatnam.
  • Controlling the movements of men and materials at gate.
  • Intelligence gathering.
  • He ensures all visitors should allow only on visitor pass after receiving mail from concerned HOD/Department under intimation to Plant Head.
  • He should follow all the instructions/direction briefed to him from time to time

regarding duties and discipline without any negligence.

  • He ensures the maintenance of all documents at gates and godowns.
  • He  ensures that no vehicle & men is allowed to enter inside the

Company/godowns premises without having valid gate pass.

 

 

Job requirements (Educational qualification, work experience, required technical &functional skills)
  • Ex-service man with 15 years of minimum service
