Key Responsibilities Areas:

    1. Learning & Development (L&D): Assist in identifying training needs across departments. Coordinate internal and external training programs. Maintain training records and feedback documentation. Support in evaluating training effectiveness and reporting.
    2. Recruitment Support: Coordinate manpower planning with hiring managers. Assist in sourcing, screening, scheduling interviews. Maintain recruitment trackers and candidate databases. Support onboarding and induction.
    3. Contract Labour Management: Maintain records and ensure statutory compliance. Coordinate with contractors for documentation and attendance. Assist in audits and inspections.
    4. Administration & Welfare Activities: Support general administrative tasks, canteen, transport, monitoring of housekeeping activities etc. Assist in implementing employee welfare schemes and initiatives. Maintain records of welfare activities and ensure timely execution.
    5. Employee Engagement: Organize employee engagement activities and events. Conduct surveys and feedback sessions to assess employee satisfaction. Support internal communication initiatives.
    6. Policy Implementation & Compliance: Assist in implementing HR policies and procedures. Ensure compliance with Labour laws and company policies. Support disciplinary and grievance handling processes.
    7. Performance Management: Coordinate performance appraisal cycles. Assist in goal setting, mid-year, and annual reviews. Maintain performance records and support improvement plans.
    8. Payroll & Attendance Support: Coordinate with payroll team for timely salary processing. Maintain attendance and leave records. Address employee queries related to payroll and benefits.
    9. Employee Records Management: Maintain and update employee personal files and HR databases. Ensure confidentiality and accuracy of employee information. Maintain HR-related documentation in alignment with QMS standards and ensure consistent adherence to established protocols."
    10. HR Reporting & Analytics: Prepare monthly HR dashboards and reports. Analyze HR metrics like attrition, absenteeism, and engagement.

Key Skill Required:

  1. MS Excel, Word, Power point Presentation.
  2. HRMS LMS
  3. Experience in HRMS platforms

   Qualification     :  MBA / MHRM in HR or Graduate Degree with relevant work experience.

    Experience        :  3 to 6 years experience in HR Functions
