Diploma Engineer Trainee - Calcination

Key Responsibilities Areas :

1. Assist in monitoring and controlling calcination processes vertical shaft kilns.
2. Support senior engineers in optimizing temperature profiles, fuel usage, and throughput.
3. Participate in troubleshooting equipment and process issues to minimize downtime.
4. Collect and analyse production data to identify trends and areas for improvement.
5. Checking of inward material for the spare items supply from different suppliers for correct technical specifications as per PO and issue from stores.
6. Ensure adherence to safety, environmental, and quality standards.
7. Maintain accurate logs of production parameters and operational activities.
8. Collaborate with maintenance and quality teams to ensure smooth operations.
9. Learn and apply lean manufacturing and Six Sigma principles to improve efficiency.
10. Participate actively in meetings, competitions, campaigns, discussion and other activities which are relevant to the job roles.

Qualification                          : Diploma / B.Tech / B.E. in Mechanical   Engineering, or relevant discipline.

Experience                             : Fresher / 1 - 2 Years.
