The company has two integrated production plants each in Andhra Pradesh & Telangana. We operate on close to 400 acres of land in total, where continuous mining churns about 10,000 MT of limestone per day.

1. Must have knowledge of core equipment in the cement industry like crushers, stackers & reclaimers, rotary kilns, ball mills, roller press, pollution control equipment like ESPs and RABHs and packers including truck loading machine. 
2. Must be able to handle any of the above equipment maintenance activities independently and guide the team. 
3. Must be able to carry out site modifications to reduce power/fuel consumption and downtime. 
4. Must have sufficient knowledge in spare parts maintenance and inventory. 
5. Must have hands-on experience in leading a team of experienced mechanical foremen, fitters and riggers. 
6. Must be a team leader to lead the workforce at the shop floor level. 
7. Must understand and evaluate KPIs like MTBF, MTTR, Rs/MT, OEE, planned vs breakdown costs, and repair & maintenance costs. 

8. Knowledge of Management Systems like ISO 9001, ISO 14001, ISO 45001 and ISO 50001. 
9. Knowledge of SAP will be an added advantage.
